This background has contributed to the establishment and growth of Pavak Ventures Inc. into a leading provider of recruitment solutions. Sneha holds a master’s degree in Family Economics & Resource Management and began her recruitment career as a Clinical Recruiter with a venture capital firm. She then specialized in Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing recruitment within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Her expertise also extends to Engineering (R&D, Design and Development, Production & Operations, Tech), Information Technology (SaaS, GTM, emerging technologies), Aerospace, Finance & Accounting, and Professional Services.

    Sneha's core skills include Executive search, Talent acquisition, Contract-to-Hire engagements, Employee relations, Onboarding processes, Stakeholder management, and Recruitment Operations. She is experienced in building partnerships between clients and candidates to achieve successful outcomes.

    She has further experience in Client Relations, Business Development, Account Management, and Strategic Hiring, with a history of placing talent across various sectors, from Startups and SMEs to Fortune 1000 enterprises. Sneha has demonstrated her ability to:
